Internal technical engineer is required with heating / building services experience. Technical Engineer / Graduates requirements:
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
Heating/ Building Services / Heat Pump experience
CAD experience ideally
1st class customer service skills
Good level of literacy
Technical Engineer / Graduates duties:
Provide first class technical support to distributors and installers
Dealing with problems and providing an effective solution efficiently
Providing in depth technical support for all products; Renewable Energy products - Ground source/air source heat pumps and other products
Communicating over the phone & email to resolve problems
