Turkish graduates who can speak CHINESE are wanted for CLEAN ENERGY SALES POSITIONS in Istanbul, Turkey.For this role, you will be working as junior sales for a successful and fast-growing Chinese company who is currently developing its business in Turkey. Responsibilities:
- Ø Create sales opportunities, establish networks, open doors' and be able to independently close on sales contracts;
- Ø Build and establish strong client relationships, demonstrating value propositions that create long-term relationships;
- Ø Participation in professional trade fairs related to the wind industry;
- Ø Monitor and control of the commercial targets, in terms of sales of megawatts, for the assigned geographical area. Knowledge of the Turkish wind energy market development in the long and the short term, as well as the trade and legal framework for commercial and wind energy activity;
- Ø Making sure customers meet their contractual obligations;
- Ø Reporting annually, biannually, monthly and weekly to senior management.
Skills / Qualities / Experience Required:
- Ø Bachelor degree or above in relevant subject;
- Ø At least 3 years experience in wind or related industry;
- Ø Proven track record in delivering on sales targets and in building and managing a team and/or relationships with corporate clients;
- Ø Strong ability to cold-call, develop new business leads and actively pursue a sales pipeline;
- Ø Proven networking and business development skills;
- Ø Superior communication, writing and interpersonal skills;
- Ø Responsible, team-player, and detailed.
