The Organisation:

The Green Recruitment Company is working with a large, UK based waste management company with a large operations base who are currently looking to recruit a Senior Site Manager : Processing to join their operations in Gloucestershire in a waste management job capacity.


The Role: 

The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation of the facilities of a site in an efficient, compliant and profitable manner whilst still retaining excellent levels of service to the key stakeholders of the business. You will be reporting directly to the Operations Manager.


The responsibilities of the role:

-	Managing and being able to achieve budgetary targets associated with the facilities and actively implementing operational regimes in order to create operational efficiency. 
-	Working to all applicable Health and Safety protocols 
-	Ensuring that performance is maximised 
-	Maintaining and developing excellent client relations
-	Working with the management team to create a process of growth for the business


Experience and skills:

-	Past experience in an operational role is essential
-	Highly motivated with excellent communication skills
-	An analytical mind and financial head 
-	Past experience in dealing with Trade Unions, COTC and NEBOSH qualifications is desirable.
-	Candidates will require a full UK driving licence.
