Due to recent growth they are looking to add a Contacts Manager to manage existing workload as well as assist in the continued development of the company. The Role:

-	Maintaining relationships with contractors, consultancies and developers with a view to ascertaining their pipeline. 
-	Manage bid process, ensure all targets are exceed.
-	Build and maintain a strong knowledge of their key RE products
-	Monthly report to the board of progress and manage expectations
-	Work with marketing department to develop their networking events.
-	Manage and drive the sales process from initial enquiry through to contract closure.
-	Meet sales targets 
-	Effectively manage sales leads from initial enquiries from potential clients, qualifying and pursuing leads into the sales process.

Required Experience:

-	Ability to work independently to a high level of quality and meet deadlines
-	Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and work cooperatively with others from a variety of backgrounds and functions.
-	Modelling and forecasting skills
-	High level use of IT; Microsoft Office, database management, SQL skills.  
-	Advanced excel user; including experience of creating tools
